01About the app
PMC Portal is an internal construction project management app provided by Team Hands On Private Limited for its staff and the consultants and contractors working on its projects.
02Who can use it
Only people given an account by Team Hands On Private Limited may use the app. Accounts are created by the company admin. You must be 18 or older.
03Your account
Keep your login private and don't share it. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell your admin immediately if you think someone else has used your account.
04Acceptable use
Use the app only for work on Team Hands On Private Limited projects. Don't:
- enter false information in DPRs, attendance or reports
- upload illegal, offensive or harmful content
- try to access data or features you aren't allowed to
- try to break, copy or reverse-engineer the app
06Availability
We try to keep the app working at all times, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
07Ending access
Team Hands On Private Limited may suspend or remove your account, for example if you leave the company or misuse the app.
08Liability
The app is provided "as is". Team Hands On Private Limited is not liable for losses caused by app errors, outages or data entered by users, to the extent allowed by law.
09Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
