PMC Portal ("the app") is an internal work app provided by Team Hands On Private Limited ("we", "us") for our employees and staff. This policy explains what information the app collects, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect
Account details, work records, content you add, device info and crash reports.
We don't
Collect your location, sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your choice
Ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
01Who can use the app
The app is only for people working with Team Hands On Private Limited. Accounts are created by our organization and given to employees. You cannot create an account in the app yourself. The app is not intended for anyone under 18.
02Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, user ID and role (for example, admin or engineer).
- Work records: attendance check-in and check-out times, leave records, daily progress reports (DPR), task and checklist updates, and activity logs.
- Content you add: comments, messages, alerts, site issues, contact book entries (names, phone numbers and emails of work contacts), photos you take or choose from your gallery, and documents you upload.
- Device information: an app-generated device ID (used to secure your login to your device), push notification token, device model and operating system version.
- Crash and diagnostic data: crash reports, error logs and the screens used when an error happened. These may include your user ID, email and name so we can fix problems.
We do not collect your location. We do not read your phone's contacts, calendar, messages or audio.
03How we use your information
- To run the app's features, such as attendance, reports, tasks and notifications.
- To manage your account and let you log in.
- To keep accounts secure, for example by limiting login to approved devices.
- To find and fix crashes and improve the app's stability.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
04Service providers
We use trusted service providers to run the app. They process data only on our behalf:
- SupabaseDatabase, login and file storage.
- SentryCrash reports and error monitoring.
- ExpoPush notifications.
We do not share your information with anyone else, except if required by law.
05Security
All data sent between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access to data inside the app depends on your role.
06Data retention
We keep work records, such as attendance and reports, for as long as needed for business and legal purposes. When an employee leaves, their account is deactivated and their data is kept or deleted according to company policy.
07Your choices and requests
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information by contacting your company admin or emailing us at teamhandsonadmin@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or business reasons.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
